The perfect pairing of sausage and shrimp!
- Heat oil in a medium frying pan over a medium heat. Add the sausage mince and fry for about 5 minutes, breaking it up even more with a wooden spoon.
- Add the onions and stir for 2 minutes until cooked. Add the garlic, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and garam masala and cook for 1 min more. Deglaze with the red wine stir for 10 seconds then add the tomatoes and pinch of baking soda to reduce the acidity in the sauce. Stir for another 30 seconds, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimps, cover, and simmer for 4 minutes until the shrimp has cooked through.
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Drain and toss with the sauce. Scatter over the parmesan and parsley leaves to serve.
