Caprese Salad with Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella with a sharp knife into slices (about 1 cm thick)
- Wash tomatoes and slice them with a sharp knife into similar size pieces so that they will layer evenly
- To assemble, on a shallow platter, start with one piece of mozzarella and layer on a piece of tomato so that half of the mozzarella is still showing, repeat until the plater is covered or all the tomato and mozzarella has been used
